Khakis Swing!
It's amazing how much influence a simple advertisement can have, isn't it? The "Khakis Swing" GAP commercial really created a buzz when it came out and interested many people in swing, pushing the growing phenomenon further into the mainstream. The commercial, with its high-flying dancing, and the catchy "Jump Jive & Wail" along with the movies Swing Kids and Swingers, were probably the three main influences of swing's recent rebirth.
